This is a real report produced by the Helix diagnostic for a sample student. Every Helix Program begins with the diagnostic that produces this report. Helix then turns the results into a targeted daily practice path.

Begin with the broad picture.

The report opens with a Helix Growth Score and scores across four math areas. These results give you a quick picture of your child’s overall placement and show whether their performance is relatively consistent across the different areas of mathematics.

In this sample, the student appears broadly on track, but their performance in number sense is notably different from the other areas. That difference is where the overall result stops telling the full story.

The Helix Growth Score is a Helix result. It is not a MAP RIT score and should not be treated as numerically equivalent to one.

See the individual skills underneath it.

The learning map organizes individual skills by grade and math area. Each skill is marked:

Secure

The student has shown consistent evidence of understanding.

Developing

The student has shown some understanding but may still need practice.

Needs review

The student has not yet shown enough consistent understanding of the skill.

The report is written for parents.

You do not need to interpret statistical terminology or sort through a spreadsheet. The report is designed to answer three practical questions:

• What does my child understand?
• Which skills still need attention?
• What should they work on first?

The report is where the program begins.

A report can identify the priorities. Practice is what helps your child strengthen them. After the diagnostic, Helix creates a daily practice path based on the skill map. Sessions take approximately 10–20 minutes and combine priority skills, review, and new material when your child is ready.

Ori, the built-in AI math coach, is available on every problem to provide focused guidance without revealing the answer. The parent view then shows what your child has practiced, what is progressing, and what still needs attention.
